Jackie's Sanctuary

Jackie is 11 years-old and has special needs. He was abandoned by his family, due to his disabilities, at a very young age and now lives at Notre Maison orphanage in Port-au-Prince, Haiti with 45 other children, some with and some without disabilities. At Notre Maison, Jackie receives a wonderful education from a teacher who comes to the orphanage to teach all of the amazing children. Notre Maison is one of the very few places in Haiti that takes in children with special needs and without it Jackie's life may have ended years ago.
