Gyeongbokgung Girls

A few nights a year Gyeongbok Palace in central Seoul is opened, floodlit for visitors to enjoy. I photographed these girls dressed in traditional Hanbok costume that dates back hundreds of years, posing for that most modern of cultural icons ... a selfie.
