Grand Finale Parade of the St. Thomas USVI's Carnival Festival

Although a relatively unknown festival compared to the Carnival festival in Rio, St. Thomas celebrates their Grand Finale with a parade made up of individual tribes that dance to the beat of their ancestral garb. They are passionate, risqué, and just a lot of fun to watch.
