Genpuku-Shiki

Edited photographer caption: Genpuku-Shiki of Ogasawara-ryu is a Japanese coming-of-age ceremony. This ceremony is held in Kyoto every January. Ogasawara-ryu is known as a school of archery, horsemanship and manners and dates back to the Kamakura period. Through Genpuku-Shiki, we can understand the manners and beautiful customs of ancient Japan.
