Faith

This photograph was taken in Varanasi, the city that is considered the hub of the Hindu faith. The candle creates a mystical connection between religiosity and one's work. Both these aspects are enclosed within the circle of light that the candle emits. The half profile of the boy who works at the stall adds to the mysticism.
