Dokra Grandma

It is in the village of Dariyapur in Birbhum district of West Bengal where I met this old woman . The village is known for its small community of craftsman who know the age old techniques of making brass handicrafts by a crude method known as "Dokra" style. The woman cannot take part in the process due to her old age but can be remeniscent of her golden past
