BLACK Life of WHITE Salt

Family of Agarya community – Salt workers, from Little Rann of Kutch, Gujarat, India are coming back to the barrel land from their natives to spend next 8-9 months manufacturing salt from the under-ground water. Their livelihood depends on this profession which is followed by generations, and all the members of family are supposed to work during this period irrespective to the weather or health conditions they suffer. After having this rough period, the family earns 40k to 50k INR annually.
