Amir meditating

When I was living in Italy I had a great group of friends whose passion was highline. Highline is a sport that consists of walking on a thin line between two points in high places such as mountains. So you walk from one side to another trying not to fall down. It's not easy and you have to concentrate a lot. Some of the people who practice this sport do yoga and meditation before getting on a highline. I wanted to capture the moment before my friend Amir got in the line. This is how he trains his mind to take control of it and be calm.
