A long Journey

An old buddhist nun praying on the long way of Rumtek monastery. Gangtok is capital of Sikkim, a north eastern state of India. It is a very beautiful hill station. Rumtek Buddhist monastery is a prime religious place of Gangtok. This photo was taken in Rumtek Monastery in Gangtok, Sikkim. I saw an old buddhist nun praying by moving praying wheels. She was so old and could not be able to walk easily. She represents a long journey by which she gained vast experience. Her belief was the guide of her journey. The way she was praying, her expressions was astonishing to see. Although her face was covered with wrinkles but she was very pretty.
