Wild Wild Winter

I have recently seen a satellite image of the Sierras comparing the amount of snow received in 2018 and 2019. This year, we have had record breaking snowpack that will have a positive impact on the drought situation. On the other hand, from high up the image seems nice and peaceful however on the ground level things seem pretty wild.
