What Lies Beyond

Cracks decorate the partially frozen lake, while mist floats across the surface. Trees that line the far side of the lake are consumed by the mist, while crisp branches extend from above. A sweet gum pod hangs in the center of the image and continues the sharp shapes of branches and cracks.
