Wasp Spider (Argiope bruennichi)

My dissertation project was based on chages in orb web construction by wasp spiders in response to environmental abiotic conditions. This involved frequent trips to a local meadow here in southern England, where the spiders are abundant. I often took photographs of the spiders as they are very photogenic.
