Unusual Cloud Formation Over Clark, Wyoming

Prevailing winds over the Beartooth Mountains often create unusual cloud formations behind the leeward side over the small ranching community of Clark, Wyoming. They are often stationary for hours, except their edges are constantly changing as if viewed in compressed time -- only it's real.
