Cape May, New Jersey is a peninsula at the tip of the state. While vacationing in October with my granddaughter, we visited the beach at Cape May. It was a very windy day but the sun was shining down on us. We walked the shore to the point where the ocean meets the river at the tip of the peninsula...the tip of the land.
