The Shape!

I hadn’t been to the terrace of my apartment for quite a while. But last night (23/09/18) I walked upstairs only to encounter this queer looking patch of bracket fungi growing on the door of the terrace, damp from the rains. Giving it a closer look, one might notice that it had roughly, if not perfectly taken the shape of a large moth. The bright orange and brown brackets add to its beauty which might however look weird and rather peculiar to some.
