The Pongon Tso (Lake)

This is the highest salt water lake in the world high up in the Himalayas which starts in Ladakh, India and stretches all the way into China. The lake is said to have atleast 7 different colours during the course of the day and depending on light conditions one can get to see all of them. In the last 5-7 years this has become a very big tourist attraction as a few Bollywood movies were shot in the area.
