The Heart of a Panther

This is one of two cats that my family has, Splat. She was a rescue some 8-9 years ago and quickly became an inseparable part of our family. She embraces the typical independent cat attitude and always keeps us entertained with her spunk. I saw her sitting on top of her house one day in the sun with such a determined look on her face and I just had to capture it. It's as if she's channeling her inner wild cat.
