Thanking God for answered prayers of rain.
I live in a farming community in the Texas Panhandle where we depend on weather to survive. We have been in the worst drought of our lives this year and our farmers have lost just about every crop we have planted to either drought or wildfire. Our farmers are suffering hard this year to provide for the rest of the world and their own families. This rain was the first real rain this year and this sunset came after a large storm. I had just gotten out of church and saw this beautiful sun and just had to get a picture so I drove out toward our towns famous large cross as I was thanking God for answering our many prayers, and snapped this reflection shot with the beautiful symbolic cross in the background.
