Surprises in the fog

It was a foggy dawn at my favorite park. I could see the animals but didn't know if the camera would recognize them. In this particular photo, I was shooting at the heron in the foreground when a deer started slowly wading across the water. I was so happy to get them both in the shot. But it wasn't until I posted this on my Facebook page that someone pointed out to me the second heron. Surprise in the fog!
