Sitting in my second story apartment situated in the center of downtown Boulder I watched as a squirrel ran up and down the tree outside my window, as if to get my attention. Once he had it he ran to the heart of the tree then disappeared from my sight, leaving me with a gorgeous view of the setting sun. I grabbed my camera and snapped this closeup before the light disappeared behind the Flat Iron Mountains.
