Runoff near Excelsior Geyser

Excelsior Geyser in Yellowstone NP is know for it's cataclysmic history. Originally erupting in the 1880's and again in 1985 after many years of dormancy. The surrounding hot springs and geysers depict a netherworld environment, one of which is exhibited in this photo.
