Renewal.

Fall is my favorite time of the year. it's not only the intense color, but the renewal of life that excites me. This photo exemplifies that renewal. The fallen log gives life to the moss it is consumed by and it's own decay gives nutrition to the very trees that drop their full color leaves upon it giving back to natures cycle. It's a beautiful thing.
