Rare bird in Singapore

I don't often get to see this type of bird often in Singapore. Its talons are longer than usual. Its feathers are broader and have more hues than others. This photo is taken near our latest Sports Hub which is in the heart of the city. Hence, it is not frequent that I get to see such a bird roosting on the fence.
