Quenching the Thirst

While out in my back yard looking for anything small to take a photo of, I saw this tiny little bug moving around on a blade of grass, and then stopped long enough for me to capture a photo of him. It wasn't until I pulled it up on screen did I realize that this little guy was getting a drink of water from some drops on the grass. I have no idea what kind of insect it is.
