Quenching its Thirst

Although I am somewhat timid when it comes to flying, I decided to suck it up and go on a bear viewing trip to Lake Clark, Alaska. The only way there was by floatplane from Anchorage. A light rain continued throughout the day but excitement abound, so it didn't really matter. Our first sighting was a brown bear emerging from the brush to quench its thirst in Lake Clark. What a sight! The day was a huge success with a dozen sightings.
