Mountain Goat on Mt. Evans

Have you ever driven on the highest paved road in North America? Well, I didn't realize when I agreed to take this trip, I was going to end up on a road with no guard rails over 14,000 feet above sea level. The higher we went, the tighter the hairpin turns and I almost wanted to quit, until I saw a herd of Mountain Goats, just above the tree line. Luckily, I wasn't driving and I was able to jump out and take this shot. There's not a lot to eat on the Alpine Tundra as this goat was stopped to smell the flowers, I guess he decided they tasted good too.
