Mother and children

Female Damon diadema (Amblypygid / whipspider / 'tailless whip scorpion') with her recently hatched whiplings. The female carried her brood for five months, and this photo was taken just hours after hatching. She will carry the young with her for around a week, until they moult and disperse.
