Menacing Moth

While I was working on a conservation project in the foothills of the Andes in Ecuador, we were visited by many moths each night who were attracted to the lights from our windows. This particular one caught my eye due to its unusual appearance, its not easy for a moth to look menacing but this one certainly managed.
