Magpie Tanagers in Brazil

A pair of Magpie Tanagers appear to be having a discussion while perching on a branch at Eco-Lodge Itororo in the Atlantic Rainforest of Brazil, about a two-hour drive from Rio. In fact, the pair were billing as part of their breeding behavior. Of the burst of images I took while they were interacting, I found this one to be the most captivating.
