Following heavy snowfall in the small village of Fornoli in the Lunigiana area of north Tuscany, a morning breeze has dispersed the fruits of "Clematis vitalba". They now hold tenaciously in the snow, fixed by their feathery ends in an intriguing, ever-moving pattern
