Light Spider

This is pattern created by laser beam as it falls on the patterned surface of the diffractive optical element called photon sieve. I called it "light spider". Photon sieve is a deployable primary mirror for cadet project 3U Satellite FalconSAT-7. It will be deployed on orbit and image the sun from space.
