Kiang : A work of art.

Kiang are the largest of the wild asses. They are native to the tibetian plateau and there reach is restricted to tibetian plateau, Ladakh in india and north of nepal. Kiangs have never really been in the limelight for wildlife lovers. locals consider them as useless and they havent been domesticated. But to me they are very beautiful and full of character. They live in harsh condition where temperature go down to subzero levels. They also have this beautiful color which blends perfectly with these ladakhi mountain ranges and it seems to me that they were really meant to be here and without them these mountains would seem a little less.
