Wrapped in a yellow cloth, adorned with flowers, Lakhi the blind elephant was buried first by a handful of dirt from each of the men who had taken care of her at the end of her life. And then the tractor driver laid the dirt in the far corner of her grave, allowing it to slowly, gently, reclaim her.
