Indian Spotted Deer giving birth to the young one

On a wildlife safari in a sanctuary we found a spotted deer which was not making any movements and standing in a very discomfort manner. Generally spotted deer's are very sensitive and shyness in nature. Even though our safari vehicle reached near, it kept calm and didn't make any movement. Then we found it was give birth to the young one.
