Immature Black Crowned Night Heron From a Zodiac in a bay, Sea of Cortez

On a cloudy day we were riding in a Zodiac in one of the Bays in the Sea of Cortez, Mexico. There were a number of mature Black Crowned Night Herons but I saw this immature taking off and fortunately was able to get the picture.
