'Iao Valley

I took this photo from the bottom of the Iao Valley in Maui, a strategic and historic location in the battle for the control of the islands. The green does not seem real, it is so vivid. There is an ethnobotanical loop and trail that can be explored to learn about the plants that Hawaiians brought to Maui.
