House Of Sand

A rarely mentioned monument serving as a doorpost into Canyonlands National Park and Arches National Park, “Church Rock” was once regarded as the “spiritual center of the universe” by some. This sandstone formation stands over 200 feet north of Monticello, Utah. Near where Green River and the Colorado River combine, there might be some truth to its location being a spiritual center.
