Summer in Honey Swamp Louisiana on a rainy, overcast day shows gum trees, bald cypress, a Great Blue Heron and Duck Weed on the water. You can see the high water line from flooding a few months earlier. This is how Louisiana must have looked long ago. This took me back in time.
