A miilkyway rising from the penis-like Yardang in Lop Nor. Yardang is a streamlined protuberance carved from bedrock by wind abrasion by dust and sand, and the deflation process. Lop Nur or Lop Nor is a former salt lake, now largely dried up, located between the Taklamakan and Kumtag deserts in the southeastern portion of the Xinjiang
