Great White

I was able to get relatively close to this Great White Egret who was intensely focused on something in the distance. There seemed to be little interest or concern about my approach. The light cast a blue shadow on the bird's handsome white feathers. Shortly after this capture my camera frame was filled with a feathered frenzy as the bird flew off.
