Getting Lost in Thailand

I got lost on a moped in Thailand and ended up in what looked like an abandon housing project full of graffiti. I made my way up a tower and realized it was not a housing project. The sniper station, barbed wire and concrete cells (pictured) pointed to it being a prison.
