Gazing onward

Katmai National Park is a testament to the coexistence of humans and grizzly bears. Pathways to Brooks Falls provide opportunities to encounter bears playing, fighting, and filling up on salmon. This bear was looking off with its soulful, piercing brown eyes, at juveniles playing downstream.
