Fungi sprouting from a downed and dying tree.

I'm often in the woods looking for the interesting and different type fungi to photograph. I came across a fallen tree whereby "Bracket fungus" was growing from its eastern side. The afternoon sunshine cast its bracket shadows sharp in contrast nearly washing out any colors except for white.
