Fiery Autumn in Flagstaff

Often in Arizona, the US Forest Service will use the beautiful, sunny and calm days of fall and winter to do prescribed burns. This photo was taken at sunset on the San Francisco Peaks, and the smoke turned the sky into reds and pinks on one of those most picturesque autumn days.
