Explosively Pink

I took a less than an hour drive to Gatorland Orlando with my camera for some bird photography. This was my first sighting of the Roseate Spoonbill here. The spoonbills were busy all day flying from tree to tree feeding on the leaves or bugs that were on the leaves. This photo captures its explosively pink feathers and most unique spoon or spatula shaped bill.
