Epochal Rock Garden

Time set in stone endlessly redefining the present. To know that all you see is but a debris field of a long gone eroded Mountain range to the east that time and weather moved to where you now stand is, to understate it, humbling. But even more so, to be able to see that those powerful forces do not relent, even as I stand with my mouth agape is mystically deferential.
