Dueling Bald Eagles
There is a beach north of Homer, Alaska where dead fish carcasses wash up on the beach from scraps and guts tossed over by fishing boats. As the tide rolls out, the fish are left behind amongst the rocks and kelp on the beach, supplying a feast for bald eagles and a variety of gulls. These two eagles had a disagreement about who would get the latest unearthed carcass. As a result of their squabble, another eagle came in and snatched the food they were arguing about.
