Bringing Home Breakfast

I have often photographed this male osprey - he has been nesting in a park in St. Petersburg, FL for about 6 years. The regulars call him "Fleck" because of a fleck in his right eye. This was a one-in-a-million capture has he took off from a power pole as I photographed a complete sequence of him landing on his nest and feeding this fish to his waiting mate. I captured eye contact, the bird with his wings in the so-called angel position and clutching a fish in one talon.
