Awestruck

I was hiking in the Scottish Highlands during the month of February. My main goal was to photograph the Scottish Mountain Hare. The day I chose to go it was snowing. The going was rough; trekking in these hills, carrying your camera gear, in a snowstorm...trying to be quiet as you peer out through the snow looking for something WHITE! This Mountain Hare was as surprised to see me as I was to see him when we finally met!
