14th Annual Smithsonian.com Photo Contest
Autumn At Elizabeth Park In Trenton, Michigan
This is my second and last picture that I submitted into the photo contest this week that had been taken at Elizabeth Park in Trenton, Michigan last autumn. Autumn is my favorite time and season of the year. Elizabeth Park with its like 24,000 trees is so beautiful in the autumn. My parents used to bring me to Elizabeth Park ever since I was like one years-old, so I have seen autumn in this park for 44 years. I used to go for pony rides here every summer until I grew too big to ride them anymore. I have lived in South-Eastern Michigan all of my life, and I have seen autumn in Michigan for the last 44 years. The northern and mid-western states of our country are more heavily wooded, and autumn is more scenic and colorful in these areas. I hope some body out there in this world likes my autumn pictures. I wish that I had better photos of autumn in the park, but the ones that I took are simple and beautiful. So that is good enough for me. The two autumn photos that I took in Elizabeth Park were taken by my CAMERA WHICH IS A CANNON SURE SHOT 105 ZOOM LENS AND TAKES 35 MM FILM.
